Toward PET Radiotracers to Visualize TRPV1
“N-Methylamide-Structured SB366791 Derivatives with High TRPV1 Antagonistic Activity: Toward PET Radiotracers to Visualize TRPV1”Kida, T., Takahashi, N., Mori, M. X., et al.
This paper made the front cover of the journal, RSC Med. Chem., 13
From the medicinal chemistry perspective to address the in vivo metabolism issues of SB366791 as a benchmark TRPV1 antagonist, we developed novel N-methylamide-structured SB366791 derivatives which showed higher antagonistic activity than SB366791. 11C- and 18F-Labeled radiotracers of these derivatives were synthesized, and PET imaging studies using rats were performed.
