Poster
Lack of quantitative dynamic data is an obstacle to the development of mathematical models and realistic simulations of cellular processes. Using cell division as an example, I'll present how we tackle this situation by combining genetic manipulation of cells, automated fluorescence microscopy and computational analyses with the aim of identifying and quantifying the spatio-temporal dynamics of hundreds of proteins.
