Booth at local science fair

RIKEN BDR participated as an exhibitor at the 12th Annual Science Fair in Hyogo held Sunday, January 26 to introduce its research activities to local high school students. Genshiro Sunagawa, a special postdoctoral researcher in the Lab for Retinal Regeneration, also took part in the event to introduce his research on hibernation during the poster session for exhibitors. The Science Fair in Hyogo is an opportunity for students attending high schools in Hyogo prefecture to present the results of their research projects to not only other high school students, but to graduate students and scientists from local universities and also people working in private sectors.
